I’m a Senior UX/UI Design Engineer with a deep belief that great products are built at the intersection of empathy, craft, and collaboration. I started my career as a front-end developer, learning the nuances of accessible, standards-compliant code. Over time, that foundation evolved into a passion for user experience (UX) — not just how something looks, but how it works and how it feels.

What drives me is the moment when a complex workflow becomes clear and usable. I love working on enterprise systems, healthcare technology, and products that make a measurable impact. My work blends human-centered design with technical execution, ensuring solutions are beautiful, feasible, scalable, and accessible.

I thrive in cross-functional environments where design, engineering, and product teams work together. I believe in transparent communication, rapid prototyping, and shared ownership of outcomes. My leadership style is hands-on — I lead by doing, by teaching, and by helping teams solve problems collaboratively.

Outside of Work

I’ve always believed that good design is informed not only by skill but by curiosity and craftsmanship in all areas of life.

When I’m not working on digital experiences, you’ll often find me in my workshop, as a Maker and Woodworker building and refining physical things with the same attention to detail I bring to interfaces. I’m an avid board gamer, which means I spend a lot of time thinking about systems, user interaction, and strategy — even when it’s just for fun.

I’m also an FCC-licensed HAM radio operator and an FAA-licensed drone pilot, which lets me explore technology from entirely different angles. In recent years, I’ve completed multiple FEMA training courses in emergency management, deepening my understanding of coordination, communication, and structured response under pressure.

These interests remind me that design thinking isn’t limited to screens — it’s about solving problems, building systems, and making things work elegantly in the real world.
